Many adolescents feel extreme pressure during the college process which can cause significant mental health issues to amplify or emerge. This presentation is designed to help parents understand some of the causes of this pressure and how they can help reduce it. It also discusses identity development and the crucial role developing a solid identity plays in helping adolescents manage pressure and succeed socially, emotionally, and academically in college.
