Group therapy meets with each potential group member prior to the group member entering the group. Group members are carefully chosen and are matched for maturity level, issue, and skills. Our groups comprise 4 to 6 members. The size of our groups and section process are designed to help each member receive the maximum benefit from the group. Our groups are facilitated by experienced, qualified, and licensed professionals. Our groups are highly effective and focused. We accept clients engaged in treatment with other therapists. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with primary therapists. We offer groups for all ages for anxiety, depression, social skills, and caregivers.
