We offer Complimentary Intake Screening to guide us in deciding if we have services that you may benefit from and guide you to decide if our services could benefit you. During this process we obtain demographic information and ask you about your reason for seeking services, current symptoms, and a brief history. This process takes about 1/2 hour. If we decide together that our services are appropriate, with your permission, we will check your insurance and send you an invitation to the client portal to open. We suggest one or more therapists in our practice and book the initial intake appointment with the therapist. We then send you intake paperwork to fill out in the client portal.
