The purpose of the team model is to increase employees’ overall mental wellness and enhance communication and empathy for their coworkers. This creates a more productive and cohesive team. Individuals will have the opportunity to gain insight and set goals for themselves and share the goals they have developed with their group to improve their functioning as a team member.
The Thriving Model Workshop is offered only in an educational format for teams to ensure appropriate work boundaries are maintained. Team members have the option of adding on individual sessions with one of the therapists facilitating the model.
