After graduating from Hostos Community College in the Bronx, I got married and moved to New Jersey. I came to the United States at the age of 19, born and raised in the Dominican Republic.
I have been working in the medical field for over 20 years. I am proficient in all areas of office management, including managing the daily operations, billing, and ensuring medical records are secure and organized. I also communicate with clients to assist with their billing needs and facilitate scheduling and communication with the clinical staff.
I enjoy working with people and approach others with respect and a positive mindset. My work in the medical field has provided me with a strong sense of empathy and a drive to treat others with kindness.
As office manager, I strive to ensure the office runs smoothly and provide support to clients and staff.
