A monthly free, informal networking event hosted at Balance & Thrive.
Writing or any type of art which reflects inner emotions and thoughts from individuals in our community will be on display. This will give participants an opportunity to engage in informal discussions on various ways to address the emotional needs of our community.

The third Thursday of every month from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.
Open to professionals interested in emotional health.
An opportunity to collaborate with other professionals to help meet the emotional needs of our community.
